IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) conducts IBPS Clerk Exams and Regional Rural Bank Exams as per the Guidelines of NABARD. There are 20 Banks (Undertaking of Indian Govt.) included for the CWE (Common Written Examination) which is conducted in every year. IBPS Clerk exam is conducted in two phases - Preliminary and Main. The prelims are conducted only to shortlist candidates for the Mains exam. Final selection is based on a candidate's performance in the Mains examination.
Note- Minimum Eligibility for these exams are Graduation that means a candidate he/she completed his Graduate from recognised University can appear in this exam. Student who want to design their career in Banking sector can join Inteliclass right after 12th class. Since IBPS started conducting exams online hence students can practice online and learn new techniques to solve the difficult questions.
Bank may arrange pre-examination training for SC/ST/Religious Minority Community candidates at certain centres as per the guidelines issued by Government of India. Candidates belonging to the above categories can avail the training at their own cost by indicating the same against relevant column while applying on-line. The Bank may add additional centres or may remove some of the centres indicated for training. Candidates opting for pre-examination training should download their call letter for training by entering their registration number and password/ date of birth from Bank's website. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post.
